The service
Budgeteer is a personal budgeting dashboard at budgeteer.pro. Access is limited to approved accounts. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You may use Budgeteer only if the operator has approved your Google account. You must keep your sign-in details secure and not share your access.
Your data and bank connections
You are responsible for the accuracy of transactions you enter. Connecting a bank is optional. If you do, you authorize Budgeteer to retrieve account information through Enable Banking (AIS only). Budgeteer is not a bank, payment provider, or financial adviser, and it cannot move money from your accounts.
Your bank and Enable Banking have their own terms. Those apply to the connection you start with them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- try to access another person's data or an unapproved account
- probe, disrupt, or overload the service
- use Budgeteer for anything unlawful
Availability
The operator may change, suspend, or revoke access at any time, including if these terms are broken or if a connected provider (Google, Enable Banking, hosting, or the database) is unavailable.
No warranty
Budgeteer is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that balances and imported transactions are complete or error-free. Do not rely on it as financial, tax, or investment advice.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Budgeteer or from bank connections you authorize. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page will change when they are. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
